Causes and solution for love handles

<<HEALTHWATCH>>

Some people have dubbed it as tyres. In Kiswahili it is called “masirimbi” its authentic name is love handles. This is a thick layer of fats curved around the circumference of the stomach and it is purely fats. Some say it is natural to have them, others say it is genetically transmitted while some say it is caused by lack of physical exercise, tons of theories have been told but one should know that the type of diet you consume, how often you take them and how you spend your day are the determinants of love handles.  If you are the kind of person who is always sited at the coach with the only task of pressing the remote, visiting the refrigerator and the microwave because you’re eating schedules is holding you back, or probably always working in an office glued to your screen because you have a messenger or a personal assistant you certainly are setting a good environment for these curves to breed.
Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol and staying up all night mixed in with some late night munchies and a lazy day can actually impede your shape up goals. Stress is another cause for love handles if you’re having family troubles, too much work or some kind of trauma the body reacts by releasing some hormone which causes you to get padded around your waist. Eating too much carbohydrate, meals such as rice and potatoes are all rich in starch. The excess starch in our bodies is converted to fats stored in our bodies.
Originally love handles have been known to be a woman ‘thing’ but lately it’s astonishing that also men have them, this layers in men converge at the stomach point to form a bulgy belly and you’ll find these men put on a fitting shirt that exposes their skin between  the buttons. It’s cool and decent to put on a fitting pair of cloth not a tight one.
Just a piece of advice if you can’t afford to trim up the excess fats lying beneath and around your stomach try and make peace with it, live with it and while you adopt the dressing code for example its pathetic for a woman to walk around dressed in a tight pair of top or a trouser whose waist is so tight that the excessive folds spill forming a ring and as you walk you know they shake with your steps. Reasons why we should have dressing mirrors on our bedroom walls.visitwww.huffingtonpost.ca/news/love-handles for more information.
